- Place the initial call reaching out to us. You will receive a callback promptly from our intake department.
- During our initial conversation, you will be asked all the particulars about your needs with respect to the client needing the StairLift, platform lift, wheelchair ramp, or any other of our products. We will also ask you about the logistical situation. We will ask you to send simple pictures of your home to get a better sense of what you need.
- A follow-up call is often necessary to confirm the specifications and to discuss the cost of your equipment and installation.
- The client and their family need to approve the job. We can usually get you what you need installed within days of your approval
- We require a 50% deposit to schedule your job.
- The install is pretty quick. For example, the StairLift installation takes less than a day.
- Upon installation, you will receive a full tutorial about the operation of your equipment.
- DO NOT WORRY – Our team does not leave your home until you are fully comfortable with the operation of your equipment.
