Depending on your personal needs and home situation, EZ Lift Mobility will present you with the one that is right for YOU. Some are meant for straight runs up the stairs and some for a curved staircase; some will be required for indoor use and some for the outdoors. Whatever your requirements, our representative is available and fully acquainted with all the specifications and applications to fit your home.
No matter what your configuration is, there is usually a StairLift that can be customized to suit your home. Steep, narrow, curved are all staircases that can be fitted with a stairchair.
Yes. We are expert at fitting StairLifts around corners and most staircase types. Each StairLift is designed for each individual staircase.
The StairLift is mounted to the staircase itself which means that your walls and handrails remain free of any holes or damage. They can be mounted on either side of your staircase depending on your situation.
No. We can install a retractable rail that folds out of the way when the stairchair is not in use.
Yes. The rails do not take up much room and the stairchair folds out of the way leaving room for other to pass through and use the stairs.
Your safety is our #1 priority and our StairLifts are extremely safe. They travel at a slow pace and often have motion sensors should something accidentally be in their way. When installed by our professional and competent team who follow the strictest safety guidelines, you can rest assured that they are safe for your loved ones.
The seats come with a seat belt so that no one is in danger of falling out of the StairLift. The seats also swivel for maximum convenience when getting in and out of the chair.
Most StairLifts can hold up to 300 lb.
Straight StairLifts can be delivered and installed almost immediately. Some take 1-3 days and oftentimes we can provide next day service. Curved StairLifts can take a bit longer given the customized fit. Those can be installed in as little as one week.
Straight StairLift installation typically takes half a day, while curved StairLift installations take a full day. After the installation, we give you a complete tutorial on how to operate your new equipment.
Yes. Some maintenance may be required. Of course, for any irregularity detected while using your StairLift, contact EZ Lift Mobility in order to ensure a safe running system.
Call us. We take emergency service calls and send technicians out as soon as possible so that there is a minimum of interruption to your normal routine. We understand how much our customers come to rely on our products and do our utmost to service problems promptly.
Since every StairLift solution is so customized, it is hard to give an estimate online. We encourage you to call our office and discuss the details of your particular case. Our representative will ask you all the pertinent questions in order to be able to provide you with a free estimate. Of course, our estimates come with no obligation. We are an authorized dealer for several manufacturers and will recommend the perfect StairLift for you.
No. Unfortunately, Medicare and Medicaid do not cover StairLifts since they are considered a home modification rather than medical equipment.
Health insurance is not likely to cover a StairLift since it is considered a home modification. However, it may be covered if the StairLift is needed as a result of a car accident or worker’s compensation incident.
